BALLET CONDITIONING

A ballet-based exercise class using barre work and floor mats to improve stamina, posture and muscle tone.  Our classes focus on strength, posture and mobility to help you feel good in your own body. The low impact of these classes means this class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

 

ADULT BALLET

A full ballet class including barre and centre work incorporating turns, jumps and adage to improve balance, posture, stamina and co-ordination. Previous ballet experience is useful but not essential.


There is a great sense of fun and camaraderie among fellow class pupils, and I leave every week feeling a bit fitter and with a big smile on my face. Thank you, Diane
