A ballet-based exercise class using barre work and floor mats to improve stamina, posture and muscle tone. Our classes focus on strength, posture and mobility to help you feel good in your own body. The low impact of these classes means this class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
A full ballet class including barre and centre work incorporating turns, jumps and adage to improve balance, posture, stamina and co-ordination. Previous ballet experience is useful but not essential.
