No you can start at any point during the term. Just get in touch to check availability and we can arrange a trial class.

We have a waiting room next to our changing rooms and also have an onsite carpark with outside seating.

All our dance teachers are qualified, hold current DBS certificates and are trained in First Aid and Child Safeguarding.

We always recommend a trial class which is free, to see that your child enjoys it and to check they are in the correct class for their ability. Once you have had your free trial you will be charged at the same rate as everyone else for the remainder of classes within that current term.

No we try to suggest age appropriate classes with students of similar age as we recognise the importance of the social element of dance.

Yes we have a term payment system. You will receive an invoice for the forthcoming term and a half terms notice is required to leave a class.

We have a uniform list on our website which can be ordered on-line. We are happy for pupils to wear their own clothes for the trial class and until they are settled.

We find that children relax, pay attention and enjoy the lessons better without a parent or carer watching as it can be distracting so we ask that after the free trial session, parents do not watch the lessons. The only exception to this is Tiny Steps which is an accompanied class.

We ensure that exams are a positive and rewarding experience and great for confidence building. However if a student does not wish to partake in exams they can still move up with their peers.

We run a number of adult classes throughout the summer holidays. We also run children’s workshops at weekends and holidays.

The class teacher. All teachers are professionally qualified and are able to assess who is ready. They have knowledge of the technical criteria needed for each grade and put a great deal of thought and consideration into deciding who is ready for their exam.

Your child will receive a letter of invitation to sit the exam. The fees are outlined in the letter so you are aware of ALL costs before you commit to the exam.

We do a school show held in a local theatre approximately every 2 years, with all the children having the option to participate.

No we have a number of classes for all abilities and experience so please get in touch and we can suggest an appropriate level of class for you to trial.

Whatever you are comfortable in - no tutu’s needed! Gym clothes are ideal, ballet shoes are optional but if you don’t wear ballet shoes, socks are needed to get the correct grip on our ballet floor.

No unless there is exceptional circumstances, as our classes are taught as a course and build on teaching from week to week so it’s ideal to attend as many classes as possible.
